• AI-generated commit messages that may be inaccurate.
• API usage charges from your chosen AI provider.
• Any data sent to third-party AI services.

AI Provider Responsibility

Gitly connects to third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Groq) at your discretion. You are responsible for:

• Obtaining and managing your own API keys.
• Understanding the costs and terms of your chosen AI provider.
• Ensuring your use complies with the AI provider's terms of service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Gitly developers shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
